Croom Christmas Market Sunday November 24 th 2024.

We are very excited to host our third Christmas Market. The event has gone from
strength to strength in the time. This year we will have 48 artists, jewellers, crafters
with a selection of gifts for birthdays, engagements and of course for Christmas. A
big thanks goes to Edel for curating the stalls ensuring that we don’t have 20 soap
makers!



One of the most popular stands: locally known as Jim the Reindeer man will be back,
and so too will Kathy Tiernan, Kathy produced some marvellous paintings of Croom
and surrounding areas. There are lots of new additions including “Made in Crecora”
with lovely jewellery and Doreen Hickey with her gorgeous Fernia Candles. Another
artist is our Italian neighbour Giulia Colin, Giulia will have lovely art works ideal gifts
for any time of the year. Ever popular is Clair Jones’s Lough Gur Pottery, with new
items every year we are delighted to see Clair’s most recent work.




2023 saw the introduction of CCDA offering mulled wine and mince pies and boy oh
boy they were quite the hit selling out very quickly. Patricia has been tasked to
ensure we have lots more this year. There will be space to enjoy a tea or coffee or
even to park a husband!
